Does Familiarity change our amount of respect for others? It truly depends on the circumstance. In one event we could meet a person who has similar or the same morals as ourselves. The more we become familiar with this person the more we respect them. In another event we could meet some one who, say, saved a life. We would usually respect them instantaneously because of their deed. But say this same someone has opposite morals from ourselves. Our respect for them reduces greatly.
