Per the rubrics, Evening Prayer on Holy Thursday is said only by those who do not participate in the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper.
GO TO MASS.
Stay with the Lord for at least an hour. (“Can you not watch with me one little hour?”) If your parish doesn’t offer an opportunity for adoration after the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper, visit a neighboring parish.

Apparently St. Charles Borromeo agrees:
“Such is the nature of faith that the more are the obstacles it encounters, the more ardent it becomes.”

In this way the Church fulfills the Lord’s precept to pray without ceasing, at once offering its praise to God the Father and interceding for the salvation of the world.
